TGI Fridays
3535 Rt 1 (Princeton Market Fair)
West Windsor

On Christmas, after eating dinner with my family, I decided to head over to the Trenton
area and hang out with my friends Evan and Mary who are up from Florida for the
holidays.  They seemed less than thrilled to be in New Jersey.  Anyway, we drove
around looking for bars that were open, but the pickings were slim.  We headed up Rt
1 until we saw that Fridays was open, so we headed on in.  We weren’t going to let the
birth of Jesus get in the way of our drinking.  Besides, JC was a bit of a boozer himself
from what I've gathered, so I just wanted to do him proud.

I'm not going to describe the interior in great detail because I'm sure that most of you
have been to a Fridays at some point in your life.  If not, then you're probably on the
welfare and you can't afford a computer anyway.  Or you're just a loser and have no
friends to go out with.  Either way, their food is quite tasty and you can order 23oz
glasses of beer for like $4.  This is almost double the size of a bottle of beer, so at the
end of the night you can make yourself feel better by telling yourself that you only
drank 4 beers as opposed to the normal 8.  Well, at least it sounds better when you're
explaining it to the cop.

The crowd there was pretty decent for Christmas and most of the women there were
pretty attractive.  I've been there many times before on normal nights, and it is a fairly
happening place.  Its a good place to go if you just want to go out with friends and grab
a beer or two.  We sat at a bar table in the back.  Being the old man that I am, I was
very happy when the waitress carded me.  I think that she just wanted me, but thats
only my theory.

Good Point about the bar:  23 oz beers

Bad Point about the bar:  It is a chain restaurant and it doesn't really have too much
personality.  Once you've been to one, you've been to all.

White trash factor (1-10):  2

Ratio of girls to guys:  1/2

Crowd density:  Medium/Low

Age of the crowd: 20's to 30's

Overall rating:  6
