Adelphia Restaurant
1750 Clements Bridge Rd
Deptford

This is the second bar that we visited after the Mount Royal Inn and it was like night and day.  It
was a cross between a bar and a club.  It was a big place and had a dance floor and at least three
large bars that I noticed as well as a restaurant and a banquette hall.  The beers were pricey ($4 for a
bottle of Coors), but it was Saturday night and they have cheap drink specials throughout the week.
Although there were a few middle aged people there, the crowd was fairly young.  All types of
characters were there.  There were the guidos with their gold chains on, the younger girls with the
skin tight hot outfits, the older girls trying to look hot in the same outfits, the middle aged men and
women, the young professionals, etc...  This place had something for everyone.

Good point about the bar:
There was always room to pull up a chair at one of the many bars.  At the same time there was a
dance floor so you could do the club thing if you wanted.  The food there is also really good.  The
burger I had was just amazing!  Plus the bartender where we were sitting did this cool thing in the
pic below while mixing some shots for us.

Bad point about the bar:
The prices were a little high.  A burger and a bottle of Coors cost me $15.

White trash factor (1-10):  3
Ratio of girls to guys:  2/3
Crowd density:  High
Age of the crowd: twenties to early thirties
Overall rating:  8 -It is a fun place that anybody can go to and fit in.  It is somewhat classy and has
the best of all worlds.
